hi from Eugene from Hong Kong, I'm going to Salzburg this weekend will go to Prague after a week, going to take the train to Vienna then change to Prague. But why is it more expensive travel from Salzburg to Vienna than Vienna to Prague...? I'm holding a Europass and under 26, please give me some advice for this trip-- I'll stick to taking train rather than flight. Thanks!!

Hi Andreas I´ve never been in Rome I found out about Italy because I had plan sto go there with a friend ffor the next year but now I change plans I could give a hostel call IVANHOE in Via Urbana 50 a few steps from Coliseum, Iget it from hostelworld and cost 7 euros! I would love to visit Italy and Austria very soon but I have to decide because I want to go to Tahiti, too. The distances depend largely on where you're lodged at, but they're not big (of course I'm used to Mexico City)... Nightlife is cool by the shore not so far from downtown (forgot the name of the area), and Barrio Alto is nice. The Belem area is not that close to downtown, but chances are you'll be spending most of the day in the area... It's cool that you'll get to explore the country, I wanted to, but didn't have the time. Ppl have told me that Oporto is great! I only went to a little village near Fatima which was nice (only pic I've got is from a poster :S).. Have fun and tell me how it went!!!

well... to start with, you can check out my pix @ http://jaquiriya.spaces.live.com/photos/cns!7ECEA08BEC1DF636!2008/ then it depends on the things you like... but definitely get on a tram (in Wien they're nice as well), go to Belém and Barrio Alto (during daytime and night time as well)... I found in some Lisbon tourist page some walking tours that helped me a lot (http://www.atl-turismolisboa.pt/home.asp?lng=uk).
